How to Add New Employees Using 4.4 Version

Please enter your information first, then click on the "OK" button.

After logging in, you'll be directed to the main menu. From there, simply click on the settings icon.

Select the “Employees” Icon

Next, you'll click on the "New" button.

Complete the following fields:

  1. Employee’s First Name 
  2. Employee’s Last Name
  3. Employee’s userID can be found on Workday and MyLead
  4. You will create a Temporary Password
  5. Retype Temporary Password
  6. Check this box so the user is required to change the password on the next login
  7. Security Levels:
    1. 73- Store Manager
    2. 72-Assistant Manger
    3. 70- Lead Associate
    4. 50-Cashier
    5. 25-Production
    6. 10-DEC
  8. Very Important: Click on “Save” button .

Once the information has been saved, you'll be able to view the new employee in the POS system.
