POS - Changing an Employee Password in POS

Changing a Retail Employee's Password in the POS

You must meet the permission requirements in order to change someone else's password.

  • Managers/Assistant Managers - Your Regional Director is the only one authorized to change your password
  • Regional Directors - IT admin is the only one that can change yours. Please submit a ticket
  • Cashiers/Leads/Production Team - Your manager has the permission to change yours

Log into the POS

1. Choose “Settings”

2. Choose “Employees

3. Select the name of the employee you wish to update

4. Select the “Password” field and delete any text already entered.

5. Enter the new password

6. Click in the “Retype” field and delete any text already entered.

7. Enter the new password

8. Click “Save”

9. Log out and allow the employee to log in using the new password
