Submitting a helpdesk ticket from your phone

Submitting a ticket to our helpdesk through the support.givegw.org website may not be ideal when you are working in an environment where you are not sitting in front of a computer. 

We came up with a solution that we hope helps to alleviate some of the stress around reaching IT support. 

Step 1. 

  • Create a contact in your phone . Add helpdesk as the Company name.
  • Add the emergency number for the contact number so you have that handy
  • Under the URL area add our helpdesk website support.givegw.org
  • Save your contact

Step 2. 

  • When you click on the link, it will take you to the helpdesk website
  • You will have the following options
    • Search for a knowledge base article 
    • Submit a ticket
