Members who have finalized their True Blue Profile, engaged in last week's Buy$10GetAFreeBag Promotion, and opted to receive notifications will be sent an email regarding the "Stuff the Bag Full to Receive 15% off" event.
If a True Blue Member took part in last week's promotion and acquired a Free I Heart Goodwill Bag, a Pop-Up Prompt will be displayed as shown below:
Upon selecting "OK," the subsequent prompt will inquire, "Does customer want to apply the '15% Off FULL I heart GW Bag' discount?" Respond affirmatively by clicking on "YES" (Note: This is a one-time offer applicable to all True Blue Members who has completed their profile online).
Once you click "yes," you'll see that the discount has been taken off, just like in the picture below.
This is an illustration of how the receipts will print out for this promotion. As you can observe, the receipt will indicate they received the ‘15%OffFULLIHeartGWBag’ Promotion.

The promotion will begin February 12th and run until February 17th
What are the requirements for participation?
- True Blue Members must have completed their profile online or by calling the Call Center.
- They must have taken part in the "Buy $10 Get a Free Bag" promotion.
- True Blue Members are required to bring their "I Heart Goodwill Bag" with them.
- It can only be used one time
- It may be combined with all other discounts and rewards.

If their answer is YES, they are a True Blue Member, ask for their phone number.
When you enter the members phone number into the POS system, you will see their name listed in the customer lookup (like mine below).
You could say something like “Thank you Miss Donna, or Miss Underwood for being a True Blue member with us”.
Note: If you cannot view the entire name, slide the line over by their name to see the full name.
Scenario 2: Customer is not a True Blue Member
If the customer is not a True Blue Member, you might say something like “If you sign up you will receive special event notifications and promotions via email like the15% Off Full I Heart GW Bag event we are running”. “Just for completing your profile and adding your Birthdate, you will receive $5 off $25 for completing the profile and another $5 in your Birth Month. You will have 14 days to come in and use the coupon”.
