True Blue - Demographic requirements

Senior, Military, or Teacher

They MUST provide proof that they should receive this discount. 
 

Senior: 

  • Must be 60 years old 
  • Birth year: 1962 or before 

Military: 

  • Veteran ID
  • Active Duty Card 
  • License with Veteran noted on the card 

Teacher: 

  • ID from School or University
  • ID from State 

If you have a customer come in on Senior Day (Wednesday) and the transaction shows a discount when you hit tender - and you can tell they clearly should not be getting a discount as a senior, please nicely ask if they would show you their ID.  

To see if a customer is flagged as Senior, Military, or Teacher

1. Enter the phone number

2. Select Find

3. Select Edit

4. View the class the customer falls under
